This is a service review for the dealership. Customers please be aware that this place is a big RIP OFF for service in spite of having a coupon for oil change $39.95 and $9.95 for tire rotation the dealership was charging me more than $80. They want to charge $40 for parts just for an oil change. I have to shout and yell to get the bill down to $60.

Service technicians are inexperienced and don't know how to do there jobs correctly. How can you have the same exact problem happen to your vehicle with in a year and all of sudden it's something else and it won't be covered. I bought brand new from you guys and won't again. Anybody with a brain cells would understand this the same issue and you guys are responsible.

Brought my car in for transmission service. I was told their “trans guy” was really backed up and couldn’t get to my car for 2 weeks. Miraculously someone test drove it 2 days later and couldn’t duplicate the problem. Never received any communication from anyone until a register letter appeared at my home threatening me with legal action! Was going to North Carolina to see my son play baseball took car to dealership got all my fluids changed the mechanic didn’t tighten the reservoir cap for antifreeze and it leaked all over car overheated I’m finding a new place to take my car

I gave the rating of Good however the rating would have been Excellent if I had been afforded more of an opportunity to consider my options before having the specific vehicle that I came to buy sold from under me. Thankfully I discovered and purchased a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Rogue however I found the sticker price and the actual price to be deceptive, I would suggest pricing the vehicles in a such a way that additional convenience charges are clearly reflected on the sticker.

Service Department has been getting worse and worse over the last few years. Revolving door for service managers. They had my car for a week and wouldn't return calls in order for me to pick it up. Justin always had excuses and even lied about running diagnostics. Charged me $177 and claimed they found nothing. Took my car to Hawkinson Nissan in Matteson to find competent and friendly staff. They ran the diagnostics and found and fixed the problem in a few hours! I called Greg Thomas, a supposed manager, and he couldn't care less. Never going back.

He was patient and understanding he helped me all the through the process and got me EXACTLY what i wanted. And he Even Delivered the Car to me personally because i had work excellent customer service

So it's been a month since selling my car to this dealer... And not a sign of a check. To be honest I had a note on the car but this could delay about a week. As far as communication goes it's very poor with the title clerk and office manager. I was promised call backs and never received a call from them. My vehicle has already been sold and they don't have a title yet can someone please explain how this is possible?

I just had another visit to the service department and Amanda Thompson took care of me this time. She was great and they got me in and out, it was the fastest so far.
